To raise the awareness in the community and expand its knowledge on wellness, Linwards has organized a Self-Hypnosis workshop with guest speaker Tomas Sund. Hypnotherapy is a cooperative therapy approach, empowering people to discover the body’s natural ability to heal and to find the mind’s biological resources to do amazing things: gain confidence and creativity, manage or remove pain and phobias, control your weight, speed up learning and sleep better, among other things.
This workshop will not only teach you how to do hypnosis, but also how to practice self-hypnosis. You will learn the skills and techniques to go into trance and change your mental state. By placing yourself in trance you can communicate directly with your subconscious mind where habits and behaviours are learned, stored and managed.
Tomas Sund is a hypnotherapy practitioner from Sweden and since 2011 he has been on a mission to bring comfort to bothered minds. He studied hypnotherapy and counseling with the British Hypnosis and Research Training School at Birkbeck College in London, England.
